We all desire to lose our belly fat and get an athletic figure, but very few of us do succeed in this. Do you know why?

Yes, it is one of the simplest exercises any homo sapiens (human) can ever do to lose their fat. Sit on its seat and start paddling- that’s it!
But while you do biking, I’d suggest few point, which if considered will make this activity even more efficient.
* Keep a bottle of water while you bike. Reason behind this is that while you bike, you sweat, which makes you body dehydrated. You can’t afford that. That is why I am asking to carry a bottle of water so that you can drink water and a keep yourself hydrated.
* If you are really planning to lose fat, bike for at least 60 minutes daily (for at least 4-5 days a week).
* Break those 60 minutes of biking in parts! See, it is quite obvious that no one can straight way do nonstop biking for as much as 60 minutes. So, I’d suggest breaking it in parts. Start with a mild warm up. Let you muscles stretch first. Bike at a low pace for first 10-15 minutes. Then accelerate and start biking at fast pace for 15-25 minutes. Then you can come down from your bike. Get some drink and walk with your bike for 5-10 minutes and then get on it and start riding it.
Do this consistently and you notice that you’ve started losing your body fat effortlessly.
Belly fat is not just a problem, but a health issue, because it has been proved that belly fat could be an invitation to various serious diseases like cardiovascular disorders, diabetes mellitus, and even few kinds of cancers.
The fat on belly is probably the toughest fat to burn. It may take time ranging from a few months to a year or so to get away with it.
To get a flat belly, one needs to follow two simple steps:
One, follow a diet chart and stick to it. Being on a diet for a small period of time won’t be of much help.
Two, regular exercises will help to keep a check on belly fat. It is important to note here that cardio exercises are of great help when trying to reduce fats from your belly.
Belly fats are tough to work on, especially when they have been accumulating for a long time. So it is necessary to work on your entire body fats.

* Make drinking water your habit. Drink at least 3-3.5 litres of water a day. I’d suggest keeping a bottle of water all the time. Drinking water will keep you hydrated all the time which helps a lot.
* Always go for brown bread. It is far better for our body than any other one.
* Always drink milk with low fats.
* Start taking yogurt.
* Avoid excessive intake of sugar.
* Say bye-bye to soft drinks. Start considering them as water with acids. You won’t feel like drinking them.
* Break meals. Rather than eating 3 heavy meals a day, eat 5-6 small meals throughout the day.
* In your breakfast, you can take a bowl of oatmeal.
* Another big no. This time it is for alcohols. Stop drinking if you want to lose your fat.

Title of this blog post clearly explains my condition. But that isn’t what I am facing today. It was my situation three months back.
But I am 100% sure that there are millions of other people who too are troubled with their fat stomach. And this would be their situation too.
My fat stomach had always been a matter of great disappointment form me but things went beyond my patience when my fiancee broke up with me because her grandparent think I am too ugly to be married to her. Huh! That kills me inside!

It was that day which witnessed the beginning of change of my life. Since then till date, I’ve been exercising every single day. Every morning I get up at 6 and jog for as much as an hour.
Then I come back to my place and have a glass full of fresh juice. The gives me stamina for all what I do next. After this, I do push ups, pull ups, stomach crunches, sit ups, light weight exercise and then 10 minutes yoga.
I have been doing this for last three months. Today I cannot say I’ve got a flat stomach, but yes, I am pretty close to it.
There are different ways of losing extra body fat. Some suggest working out, whereas there are others who don’t. Different people chose different ways.
But if you ask my personal view on this, I’d say go for dancing!

Last, but surely not the least reason is ‘timing’. Get up early in the morning, jog, then cardio exercises and then come the heavy weight exercises. However there is no such time constraint.
I have a one word solution to your fat stomach problems-yoga! Yes, the sensational yoga.
If you’re someone who has tried almost everything- from healthy diets to high voltage work outs, and yet ended up nowhere, then you ought to try yoga. The ‘no result’ condition does not exist with yoga. If you’re doing it, you will get results.

You know why I like yoga so much? Well, I do because it is not as complicated as working out for hours (actually it is not even near to that) and moreover its takes lesser time as compared to any exercise (cardio/weight lifting/interval training and so on).
