F e y � �+ e contributions are not fully received by the DSA Warangal for the promotion of Sports and Games from grass root level.
 7. Sports Cess on Property Tax:
            According to G.O.M.S. No.84 all the Muncipalities/Muncipal Corporation have to collect 3% of sports cess on property tax and the same have to be remitted to DSA every year. The Municipal Corporation Warangal is collecting sports cess on property tax but the same is not being remitted to DSA Warangal.
8. Sand cess:
            According to G.O.M.S. No. 84 3% of sand cess have to be remitted to the DSA every year but so far the sand cess have not been received from the concerned till today since the issue of G.O.
            The SAAP sanctioned budget of Rs. 2.50 lacks every year towards annual grants which is very meager would not be sufficient to cater to the needs of the maintenance and organization of the sports and games and office maintenance. If the DSA gets the above stated contributions from Zilla Parishad, Local Bodies, Municipality/Municipal Corporation and DPO, then the DSA will become self sufficient and  in a position to promote the Sports and Games in the District & also to extend financial support to the various District sports and games Associations. Presently with great difficult the maintenance aspect is being managed through the collections of the PAY and PLAY scheme out of the games Swimming pool, Indoor stadium and Tennis. 
Requirements to promote the activities:
The following are the requirements which are essential to have regular training programmes  in the above said Stadium Complexes under the supervision of the qualified Coaches, P.E.T.s, P.D.s and Association Representatives.
1.      The Warangal District is the biggest Sports Organizing Centre emerged as one of the best in India.  Whenever the State, National Competitions and National Camps are proposed at Warangal, it is experienced lack of accommodation in the premises of the J.N.Stadium exclusively for accommodating the participating teams and Campers from outside the District. Therefore it is proposed to construct a separate accommodation Building consist of 50 rooms with separate Boys & Girls wings at an estimated cost of Rs. 75.00 lakhs. 
  1. Athletic training equipment available with the SAAP request to be made to the SAAP for allotment.for effective training:-
a)      Jumping Pits for the High Jump and Pole Vault
b)      Hurdles - full set
c)      Imported Javelins and other throwing equipment
d)     High Jump and Pole Vault Apparatus with Imported Cross bars.
e)      Imported Pole Vault Poles
  1. Boxing Ring Imported available at SAAP request to be made to the SAAP for allotment.
  2. Staff pattern for the effective functioning of the D.S.A.
  3. Tennis Courts complex to be completed at the earliest  and the KUDA  to be directed accordingly.
  4. Construction of Commercial Complex may be taken up in the premises of the stadiums to make the DSA self sufficient financially in addition to the provisions which were made by the Govt. of A.P. in the G.O.Ms.No. 84 & 1152 by the Govt. of Andhra Pradesh and which are not being implemented effectively for contributing funds to the D.S.A.s may kindly be reviewed for regular contribution by organizations.
