As soon as you get up say 0500 hrs drink 1 to 1.25 litres of water in one go.
Go to toilet once or twice and pass maximum quantity of motion.
Do exercise, walking, jogging etc preferably Pranayama and Yogasanaa for about 1 hour.
Drink another 1 to 1.25 liters of water in one go.
After 30 minutes.
Now drink vegetable juice of 300 to 400 ml (made of ridge gourd, bottle gourd, ash gourd, carrot, tomato, cucumber, any leafy vegetables etc – any 3 to 4 items) mixed with 2 tablespoons of pure honey and 1 lemon juice.
After another 30 minutes say 0800 hrs
Take breakfast consisting of sprouts of green gram, wheat, ragi, barley, alfa alfa, soya beans etc or over night soaked groundnuts or coconut or fruits. (Any 1 or 2 or 3 items)
After 2 hrs of breakfast start drinking 1 big glass (300 ml) of water every 30 minutes till ½ hr before lunch.
After 30 minutes say 1300 hrs
Take Lunch with 3 dry rotis (no salt & no oil) with ½ kg vegetable curry (little oil & little salt)
After 2 hrs of lunch start drinking 1 big glass (300 ml) of water every 30 minutes till ½ hr before lunch.
Around 1700 hrs eat fruits or drink fruit juice (without adding sugar) preferably low sweet fruits.
Around 1900 hrs eat dinner with 3 dry rotis (no salt & no oil) with ½ kg vegetable curry (little oil & little salt)
No Cofee & Tea, No aerated beverages, No alchoholic beverages. No fridge water
No water during breakfast, lunch, dinner. If unavoidable take very little water to facilitate eating.
No water after dinner unless very necessary.
